Niclas Olson is an actor, playwright, designer, and director based in Tacoma. Regional credits include Little Shop of Horrors, The Glass Menagerie, Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf, The Farnsworth Invention, and Sweeney Todd (Lakewood Playhouse); Hamlet, Romeo and Juliet, Doctor Faustus, Into the Woods, and Frankenstein (New Muses); The Musical Adventures of Flat Stanley (TMP Family Theatre); Cabaret, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (Tacoma Little Theatre); The Firebugs (StageRight); and The Who’s TOMMY (Centerstage). Olson is the managing artistic director of New Muses Theatre Company and technical director for Centerstage Theatre.
